Decision details

(1)       That the proposed revisions to Part 3, Appendix 5 (Delegation to Officers from the Executive) of the Constitution, as set out in Appendix 1 to this decision, be agreed;

(2)       That the executive responsibilities of the former Planning Policy Portfolio and Governance and Development Management Portfolio be combined into the new Panning and Governance Portfolio, as set out in the revised schedule of executive portfolio responsibilities attached as Appendix 2 to this decision; and

(3)       That the Monitoring Officer incorporate the revised schedule of Delegation to Officers from the Executive and the revisions to executive portfolios, within the Scheme of Delegation in the Constitution.
