Councillor Janet Whitehouse - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Members’ Code of Conduct, Cllr J H Whitehouse declared a non-pecuniary interest in EPF/1480/23 – Land at Fyfield Road, Ongar, CM5 0AY by virtue of being a member of the Campaign for the Protection of Rural England. The Councillor had determined that she would remain in the meeting for the consideration of the application and voting thereon.
