Decision:

  1. That funding from the Grant Aid Scheme (one-off grants) for 2022/23 totalling £10,628.65 be awarded to; Debden Sports Club, Hanover Elders Community Forum, and Lambourne End Centre under the terms of the Grant Aid scheme, for the reasons stated and subject to any conditions set out in Column 2 of Appendix 1 attached.

 

  1. That the applications from Afro-Brazilian Arts & Cultural Exchange Institute, A Place to Be Me, Buckhurst Hill, Core & Flow, Epping Playground Association, Rise Community CIC, Grant A Smile CIC, and Zinc Arts be refused for the reasons set out in Column 3 of Appendix 3.

 

  1. To note that Epping Forest Sunflower Group, Epping Primary School, and Epping Sports Club will be deferred, as set out in Column 3 of Appendix 2.

 

  1. That funding from the Grant Aid Scheme totalling £18,600 be awarded to; Loughton Voluntary Care, Epping Forest Foodbank, Redbridge Samaritans, Waltham Abbey Youth 2000 and Ongar & Villages Voluntary Care in the form of three-year Service Level Agreements as set out in Appendix 4.
