Joint Meeting of Overview and Scrutiny Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen At the Council meeting on 25 February 2020, the Council’s Calendar of meetings for 2020/21 was considered and agreed with a request to alter the first Joint Meeting of Overview and Scrutiny Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen. This would ensure that the meetings would not be held in the summer holiday period and has now been changed to Thursday 16 July 2020.

NEPP Members Surgery The next NEPP drop-in surgery for Members will be in the Conference Room at the Civic Offices on April 7th between 11am and 1pm. A NEPP officer will be available to discuss any matters relating to on-street parking in their wards. There is no need to book.

Portfolio Holder Decisions PDF 11 KB The notification of decisions taken by individual Portfolio Holders is no longer included in the Council Bulletin.
All members of the Council receive automatic email notification of the publication of each individual Portfolio Holder decision and the call-in period for each decision commences immediately. Members wishing to call-in a decision should complete the attached call-in form and return it to Democratic Services before the expiry of five working days following the publication date of the decision. Members should refer to the Constitution (Article 6 - Overview and Scrutiny) for the rules of call-in.
