Area Plans Sub-Committee Virtual Meetings Postponed The next meeting of Area Plans Sub-Committee East due to be held on 29 April 2020 has been postponed, which we were intending to run as a virtual meeting given the current restrictive circumstances that prevents us holding a physical meeting with people present. However, there are a number of issues and decisions that need to be worked through as to how these planning meetings are to take place, including participation by committee members and those people registered to speak. We will look to re-arrange this and subsequent other Area Plans Sub-committee meetings as soon as possible and notify appropriately in advance. |

Possibility of improving our delivery of planning both within the Covid-19 restrictions and longer-term wider context.
