EFDC Annual Report of Lettings

The Housing and Property Service have recently published an EFDC Annual Report of Lettings, detailing our social housing lettings during 2019-20. The report gives information about the number and types of properties that have been let, who they have been let to (for example, the priority band the successful applicant was in when offered a property) as well as the types of tenancies offered. Whipps Cross Redevelopment Members Briefing

Following the Department of Health and Social Care endorsement of Barts Health NHS Trust, Strategic Outline Case (SOC) for the redevelopment of the Whipps Cross hospital site, Alastair Finney (Redevelopment Director) and Greg Madden (Programme Director) will be hosting a virtual Members briefing on the 21st October 5pm – 6pm via zoom. The briefing is an opportunity for Members to hear directly from the Directors about the plans and to ask questions to support conversations within your community.

Restaurant & Bar serving Turkish cuisine.

 

Application for the sale of alcohol for consumption on/off the premises and providing late night refreshment during the following hours:

The notification of decisions taken by individual Portfolio Holders is no longer included in the Council Bulletin.

 

All members of the Council receive automatic email notification of the publication of each individual Portfolio Holder decision and the call-in period for each decision commences immediately. Members wishing to call-in a decision should complete the attached call-in form and return it to Democratic Services before the expiry of five working days following the publication date of the decision. Members should refer to the Constitution (Article 6 - Overview and Scrutiny) for the rules of call-in.
