Free Winter Car Check

To save you the hassle of having to visit a garage, the Fleet Operations team will be taking bookings for Wed 16th and Thursday 17th December 08:00 – 16:00pm at the 180 Oakwood Hill Depot, Loughton to offer you those all-important checks to keep your car running throughout winter.

Your car performs at its best when it is well maintained, but we all know that it can be tricky to fit in regular car checks with a busy lifestyle and work.

To keep you moving, they will check

·         Tyres - the overall condition of your tyres including the tread, depth and pressure

·         Battery - test the batteries charge to make sure your car starts in the mornings

·         Coolant/anti-freeze - check the strength and levels

·         Wiper blades - splits and damage

·         Windscreen wash system - operation of the windscreen wash system and the level of screen wash and top this up if necessary

To book your car for its test please email fleet@eppingforestdc.gov.uk
