Part B - General Information

1.

Overview and Scrutiny Committee

Councillor R. Gooding, Essex County Council’s Cabinet Member for Education, will be attending the meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee to be held on 4 June 2018, in connection with the support of local bus services operating in the Epping Forest District.

 

If members have any specific questions that they would like to raise with Councillor Gooding at the meeting, please send written notification of such matters to democraticservices@eppingforestdc.gov.uk by 21 May 2018. In accordance with usual practice, notice of all questions and matters to be raised will be provided to Councillor Gooding in advance of the meeting.

2.

Senior Management Selection Panel

With the agreement of the Leader of the Council, further meetings of the Senior Management Selection Panel will be held at 6.00pm on 31 May and 14 June 2018. The meeting of the Panel on 14 June 2018 will take place prior to the Cabinet meeting that evening and the Leader has therefore agreed that the start of the Cabinet meeting be moved to 7.30pm on this occasion.

Part C - Portfolio Holder Decisions

The notification of decisions taken by individual Portfolio Holders is no longer included in the Council Bulletin.

 

All members of the Council receive automatic email notification of the publication of each individual Portfolio Holder decision and the call-in period for each decision commences immediately. Members wishing to call-in a decision should complete the attached call-in form and return it to Democratic Services before the expiry of five working days following the publication date of the decision. Members should refer to the Constitution (Article 6 - Overview and Scrutiny) for the rules of call-in.
