Issue - decisions

(1)        That the required budget be approved for additional costs of £30,000 plus VAT related to s278 works at Epping Forest Shopping Park in accordance with the requirements of Essex County Council Highways Department.

(2)        That the required budget be approved for additional costs of £25,000 plus VAT in respect of legal & agent fees plus minor construction works at The Landmark
Development, Debden.
