Decisions

1. That funding from the Grant Aid Scheme (one-off grants) for 2019/20 totalling £26543.00be awarded to; Alfie James Production Company, Epping Golf Club, CRY, GROW Community Garden, Roydon Tennis Club, Waltham Abbey Town Partnership, Ongar & Villages Voluntary Care, Epping Arts Society, The Red Box Project, WAY 2000 and Beyond Ourselves under the terms of the Grant Aid scheme, for the reasons stated and subject to any conditions set out in Column 2 of Appendix 1 attached.
2. That the applications from Grant A Smile, Herts Boat Rescue, Illusions Dance Academy, Loughton Baptist Church, The Enterprise East Group CIC, Waltham Abbey Baptist Church and Willingale Community Garden be deferred for the reasons set out in Column 3 of Appendix 2.
3. That the application from Buckhurst Hill Bowling & Tennis Club, Chingford Athletic Football Club, Epping Methodist Church and Waltham Abbey Woodcraft Folk be refused for the reasons set out in Column 3 of Appendix 3.

That approval is given to waive Procurement Rule 2.9 (b) and Appendix A to continue the appointment of one or more temporary Planning Officers as Agency Staff not exceeding £35 per hour for Planning Officers, £45 per hour for Senior Planning Officers and £60 per hour for Principal Planning Officers (Team Manager level one) to cover existing Planning Services establishment posts without the requirement to obtain three quotations from 1^st April 2019 to 31^st March 2020.
