• Councillor Stephen Murray - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Members’ Code of Conduct, Councillor S Murray declared a non-pecuniary interest in the item on the Infrastructure Funding Statement by virtue of being Vice-Chairman of Loughton Town Council’s Recreation Committee and was a member of the Epping Forest Heritage Trust.
