Economic Strategy Stakeholder Event

On the 13th November the council is hosting an. The event is running from 9:00am to 13:00pm and is taking place at Theydon Village Hall (Coppice Row, Theydon Bois, Epping CM16 7ER). Elected members are very welcome to attend.

 

Local businesses and other partners are being offered the opportunity to have their say on the new long term economic plan for the Epping Forest District, as outlined in the discussion paper 'Nurturing Growth'. ‘Nurturing growth’ looks at identifying priorities for joint working and sets out potential practical actions that could be adopted and this conference is an opportunity for anyone with an interest in the District's economic future to put forward their point of view. The notification of decisions taken by individual Portfolio Holders is no longer included in the Council Bulletin.

 

All members of the Council receive automatic email notification of the publication of each individual Portfolio Holder decision and the call-in period for each decision commences immediately. Members wishing to call-in a decision should complete the attached call-in form and return it to Democratic Services before the expiry of five working days following the publication date of the decision. Members should refer to the Constitution (Article 6 - Overview and Scrutiny) for the rules of call-in.
