National Customer Service Week 2020

National Customer Service Week 2020 starts on Monday 5th October & runs until Friday 9th. EFDC are taking part by celebrating a different theme of Customer Service each day & encouraging everyone to take part in some short daily activities to identify what great Customer Service means to each service department.

Members wishing to call-in a decision should complete the attached call-in form and return it to Democratic Services before the expiry of five working days following the publication date of the decision.
