National Customer Service Week 2020

National Customer Service Week 2020 starts on Monday 5th October & runs until Friday 9th. EFDC are taking part by celebrating a different theme of Customer Service each day & encouraging everyone to take part in some short daily activities to identify what great Customer Service means to each service department.

 

The full week plan will be shared with all Councillors on Monday should anyone want to take part / see what we’re doing. Check out #NCSW2020 on Social Media to see what’s happening across the country also.

Members wishing to call-in a decision should complete the attached call-in form and return it to Democratic Services before the expiry of five working days following the publication date of the decision. Members should refer to the Constitution (Article 6 - Overview and Scrutiny) for the rules of call-in.
