1)         That approval be given for the recycling of receipts raised from the sale of 122 Valley Hill, and that the receipts be used to purchase 2 or 3 properties for affordable rent.

2)       That approval be given for the recycling of receipts from recent land sales, to be   used to carryout estate improvements.
