(1) To agree to the transfer of the Council’s freehold land, namely a parcel of garden land at Coopers Close to Essex County Council (ECC), to enable the expansion of Chigwell Row Infants School for a consideration of £54K, plus reasonable costs for works required to enable alternate garden provision for those flats impacted (ie. through fencing and any necessary landscaping costs) and associated professional costs.
(2) That the income generated by the disposal be ring fenced for estate enhancements (within the Chigwell Row Ward) to be delivered during the financial year 2023/2024.
