Decisions

1. That, in accordance with Financial Regulations, 2 cases of former tenant arrears over £2,500, amounting to £10,045.25 (for the period July 2018 to September 2018) be written-off; and

2. That should the whereabouts of the former tenants become known (within the limitation period, usually 6 years from when the debt is incurred) the amounts be re-instated.

(1)   That performance against the previously-agreed Housing Service Standards in 2017/18 (where measured), as set out in Appendix 1, be noted;

(2)   That the proposed changes to the Housing Service Standards (as set out in bold italics within Appendix 1) be approved, and that the Tenants Handbook be updated; and

(3)   That the Housing Service Standards, and performance against the Service Standards in 2018/19, be reviewed again by the appropriate Select Committee and the Tenants and Leaseholders Panel around June 2019.

That approval is given to waive Procurement Rule 2.9 (b) and Appendix A to continue the appointment of one or more temporary Planning Officers as Agency Staff limited to a maximum of 36 hours per week not exceeding £45 per hour or less to cover existing Planning Services establishment posts without the requirement to obtain three quotations to 31^st March 2019.

(1)   That TSG Building Services PLC be awarded thecontract for the supply and installation of the Homeless Pods at Norway House for the corrected tender sum of £335,665.90.
