- Councillor Tony Boyce - Personal - Pursuant to the Member’s Code of Conduct, Councillor A Boyce declared a personal interest in the following item of the agenda by virtue of living close to Cripsey Brook, which could be affected by the proposals. The Councillor determined that his interest was not prejudicial and that he would stay in the meeting for the duration of the item and voting thereon:

- Jill Sutcliffe - Personal - Pursuant to the Member’s Code of Conduct, Councillor Mrs J Sutcliffe declared a personal interest in the following item of the agenda by virtue of being a member of Buckhurst Hill Parish Council. She felt she might be affected by it. The Councillor determined that her interest was not prejudicial and that she would stay in the meeting for the duration of the item and voting thereon:
