- Councillor Chris Whitbread - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Code of Member Conduct, Councillor C Whitbread declared a personal interest in agenda item 16(a), Proposed Development of St Johns Road in Epping, by virtue of being a resident of Epping. The Councillor had determined that his interest was not pecuniary and would remain in the meeting for the consideration of the issue. In addition, the Councillor advised that the personal statement that he had made previously in relation to items concerning the St John’s Road development applied.

The Councillor had determined that his interest was pecuniary and would leave the meeting for the consideration of the issue.
