• Councillor Alan Lion - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Members’ Code of Conduct, Councillor A Lion declared a non-pecuniary interest in EPF/1770/23 – 191, The Firs, High Road, Chigwell IG7 5AS, by virtue of knowing the Chairman of Chigwell Parish Council’s Planning Committee and was also aware of one of the people involved with the development from the objections received. The Councillor determined that he would remain in the meeting for the consideration of the application and voting thereon.
